Lesse, video's sped up, so it could just as easily be someone opening and closing a door. Could be a corner in the road on a hill where cars pointed this way every once in a while.

Can you teach me how to crop to 2:1 with 1080p videos and 720p videos i will be filming with my 7D

The way I did this is I filmed about 20 minutes of video. The camera recorded that into an M2TS file, aspect ratio 16:9, something like 1440x810 if memory serves. I used Power Director to speed it up by about x40, outputting to a 1280x720 WMV9 file. Then I used Windows Media Encoder to crop a bit from the top and bottom and output to a 2:1, 1280x640 file.
