Story~
The story is mostly in the lyrics, if you have watched Angel beats you will understand what the video is about. :) I recommend watching Angel Beats it is a great, but sad anime, about Angels.
Anyways if not then here is the story to the video.

Amy is stuck on a world after death, she was sent there because she doesn't want to move on. She talks about her life with her friends who have already died and moved on.

She talks about how she has always walked alone, and she looks back and her friends are faraway, they wanted her to go with them but she continued walking away to prove her strength.
She says to herself that she isn't afraid of anything anymore.
Amy says, someday everyone will be alone and will be living on memories.

Amy fights on the other world so she can love and laugh, even though she is lonely, Amys think that if she can forget everything, then being alive would be so much easier, Amy is given a choice to move on but just runs away.
Amy reaches the cliff which was waiting for her, she turns around and sees her friends, Cream, Tails, Sonic etc:
Amys starts crying and nods and agrees to move on, Amys remembers all her memories off her friends which makes her happy.

Everyone disappeares moving on to a different after life, Sonic waits for Amy, Amy believes that one day, in her after life she will be living somewhere else, all alone, with the memories of her friends left behind, in her past life, Amy falls to her knees as Sonic disappears, Amy sobs like an ordinary girl, she then disappears, she finds herself in foggy city all alone, she hears foot steps she turns around to find Sonic with her, in which we call...

"Heaven..."
