Maybe it comes from being a percussionist, but I love the sound of those snares! The drums of war... Williams is a master at conveying so much emotion and story into his pieces.

I felt tears coming to my eyes just listening to the music beginning at 1:40 :'(

I held my friend's hand at this part in the movie, because we've both read the book and we knew what was coming for Nicholls. She told me I had her hand in a death grip. I didn't notice because I was too busy crying.

1.50 Such a chilling moment in the movie. Just seeing the horse running on on his own was heartwrenching
