Ansmann Mad Rat on astro turf Part 1 of 2

Ansmann Mad Rat is an electric RC buggy 1/10 scale. The driver is driving it on this track for the first time. It's very cheap but still fun and robust for the price. Check out my other vidoes to see the stadium truck version (Ansmann Macnum).

This track is called Green Hill and is located in Skarpnäck (a suburb of Stockholm in Sweden).

the mad rat looks good, are you still using it? And what are the weak points of this car? Transmission? Can it handle BL power well?

I think it is very individual what will break first so I am not sure. When running on tracks lika this nothing use to break at all. BL is the only setup I have seen on these cars IRL so far beacause no one runs brushed engines at our club. It handles it well! :) Transmission is not an issue. It would perhaps be the rear hubs that gets a bit sloppy but they can be bought in aluminum.
