Man Nearly Crushed in ACCIDENT

Grabbed this one with my iPhone. I thought the crane was neat, but saw the angle of the slope was a bad bit of business (I dunno, maybe they knew something I didn't?)
Sure enough, the crane starts to lift and WHOOSH- the load slides downhill....
Close call for the dude standing in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
No harm, no foul, but a good scare all 'round.
Now I gotta figure out if this goes in COMEDY or some other appropriate category.
(I've been asked if the guy was hurt- the AC unit- called a 'chiller'- caught him by the boot and wedged up against some pallets, which then crushed up against the bulkhead of the trailer. A narrow escape, obviously. He said he was moving to get out of the way when he saw the load coming at him, and just barely made it. Lucky dude.)
