Is Cacareco a BJJ practioner or a Wrestler? He doesnt seem like he does BJJ because he is usually able to get some really good positions, but never ever seems able to submit once he achieves them, particularly the back.

It depends. If the guy is bigger and he has the same ju jitsu skill level then yes he will probably win. However a bigger guy with no ju jitsu going against a smaller guy with 3- 6 months or more of ju jitsu will lose.
