Every day. It's dangerous for a car, imagine a carriage with no lights turn signals or mirrors.
We have a corrupt mayor who thinks he's the king and he doesn't mind this abuse because there's money involved

lucky horses. Looks like they have a great life. Sure are helathy looking. Is the perhaps the route from stables to work in the park? I notice no fares. A bad bit of traffic that day? Are you telling us that they work those streets pictured here?

That is normal NYC traffic and these poor horses commute on those streets.

XD These people are SO entertaining! I have work I need to be doing but, DAMN this is funny! I love how some people think they know everything! and if they don't know what they are talking about the just make it up! XD
This is about animal suffering, not environmentally friendly lifestyles. That is a completely different subject.
