  • I think it doesn't depend on the tightness of your rotor blades that your DF4#1 has vibrations or none. As soon as the rotor blades turn around they are adjusted by the gravidity. This is the reason why one shouldn't fix them very tight. It avoids damages as well! Sorry, that's my opinion and experience!

  • HI. Thanks for your comment. I am new to the world of RC helicopters, and am learning by trial and error. I find it difficult to find information, so have posted my experience. I see you have your Walkera 4-1 well under control. So how tight should the rotors be?

  • ma è tutto trukkato... sei sikuro di nn averlo sbilanciato ?

  • thank s for the tip.

  • I'm surprised you didn't removed the main rotor blades altogether to see if the fly-bars

    balances on their own...

  • A option is to loosen the screws so much that the blades can move freely, when make power it will wobble very much but at higher sped it will stabilize itself perfectly.

  • I always fix them just as tight so that they don't waggle down when the helicopter is standing in start position. After moving throttle up, the blades will adjust themselves 100%. (I also have to renew the adjustment after each crash, especially of the paddles! :-)
