This song makes me want to move to Ireland and find a pretty woman that can sing to me. I think it takes a beautiful woman to bring out the true beauty that lays within the lyrics of this song. I have listened to this version many times and it never gets old.

It's just a different slant on things. Jimi Hendrix was into variation and never did a song the same way twice. He was alot more broadminded than you give him credit for.

Hoofdschot is an ignorant close minded twit. So WHAT the song isn't like you think it should be, they didn't sing it for just YOU.
