did you have to upgrade your breaker to a 20amp? or does it work ok on a 15amp? thanks!

@okpapereat It's all right, but its noise is very very strong!

@SolarYogaUSA No, Almond milk does not separate in the fridge. However, since it does settle, you will need to give it a little shake before drinking it. And it only lasts up to 4 days. Except in my house it only lasts a day, because it is so delicious!

An important note for all: You cannot purchase truly raw (unpasteurized) almonds from grocers and health food stores. You may only purchase unpasteurized almonds direct from the farmers. The store varieties which are deceivingly labeled as "raw" are pasteurized as per FDA law passed in 2007. Pasteurized almonds cannot germinate and are essentially useless for any health benefits!!!

>>Do you know of a way to make almond milk without using a blender. The speed of the blades in the blender do damage the proteins and other nutrients.
Are you sure that statement is based on fact?
Let's look at powdered nutrition products from reputable companies -- green powders, etc.
Do you think someone sits down and hand grinds all their products with two rocks, or something? Everything is powderized with a fast, efficient process, and tests don't say these products are denatured.
