I prefer drake without backing instrumentation. that's the best way to hear all of his songs.

i feel priviledged that one of the greatest singer/songwriters ever is buried in my home town. will make a pilgrimage there one day. RIP nick 'a skin too few'

i actually prefer this to the original. nick drake is just phenomenal. someone lost way too soon. but then again this adds to his appeal in a strange kind of way.

Where can you buy 'Tanworth-In-Arden II' from - is it one of those searching the racks for years till you find it situations?

@pyjamachic
It is a bootleg, so it would be very, very hard to find a copy in a store or even online. The best beat, honestly, is just to download it.

@thejimshow4000 hey, thanks. where from?
pyjamachic 1 year ago
@pyjamachic if you are computer savvy I recommend downloading a program called Soul Seek which will allow you to find any music you want in the world. I think it is the program that most music nerds enjoy the most, much better than lime wire or something like that.
If you cannot figure soul seek out, I'll upload the album to rapidshare and you can download it from there.
hope you find lots of interesting music!

Why was this not included on "Family Tree?"
DaysOfBrokenArrows 2 years ago
Good question, but I think Family Tree is far from the best collection of Drake home recordings. The bootlegs Tanworth in Arden I and II are both exceptional. There is also a bootleg called "rarities" which has every recording that we know of from Drake besides his main 3 albums. It is about 4 hours in length and there is some amazing stuff.
