Just messing around on the kit seeing how it sounds when i put it up on here, already noticed bass drums are way too bassy on here if you get me.
Toms sound good accept the floor toms tend to echo abit.
Let me know what you think anyway.
This stuff is all new to me so just help me out abit :)

  • also, where'd you get you light thing above you. it seems to be sync'd to the music, i'd like to get one like that? how much was it?

  • I can't remember how much it was but it was not expensive!

  • It's amazing what a difference between recording with one room mike and multiple mikes. Not sure what you edit the video on but usually you can EQ in the editing program to take out any bad overtones. It makes a world of difference! Great sound so far and great playing 5/5!!

  • could recommend a program that i could use as im sure windows movie maker does not have that!

    and thank you

  • Sony Vegas

  • thank you

  • goood! toms sound too tommy though

  • your bass drum and toms sound distorted.. meaning that you need to check the levels of those mics on your mixer. P.S, I don't know where you have your bass drum mic, but it you have a pillow in your bass, lay the mic on top of it about a foot away from the batter head. this will result in a punchier sound ; )

  • What recording set-up you got?

Also, if you've got overhead mics, the gain needs to come down!

Sounds a bit crunchy when you're caning the cymbals. Just bring em down a bit and go mental.

  • Your mids need work bro...

  • i'd turn the kick up a tad and the toms down a tad, then you're gold.

  • Your floor toms and snare sound well nice :) Am loving your stuff tbh man keep it up.

  • very talented drummer. Nice!

  • prettry amazing

  • sounds awesome
