Learn Arabic with Ibrahim El Shafey

I am Marcela Garcia Probert, from Mexico. I have been studying Arabic with Ibrahim El-Shafey for almost one year, here in Cairo, and I can say that he is a very experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher.

Professor Ibrahim studied at Cairo University, Arabic language. He has been teaching Arabic to foreigners for more than five years in different institutes, therefore he has worked with different methods and materials, allowing him to identify your needs and work on them.

Since I started taking classes with him, I have improved my communicative skills in MSA, which is really difficult considering that just a few people in the street speak Fusha. At class we have treated many topics concerning the Arab and Muslim world, as well as discussed many social phenomena in other cultures. I've also noticed that my writings have become more specialized and eloquent, especially after translating the introduction of my Master's thesis at class.
