@towerofdubs its like a glitch restart before you go to the lady at the bridge and get on a horse and ride it up to her and then talk to her.Respond back if that dont work.

@93widewhite hahaha its about 3 weeks later cause i've been mad and done other quests :P but ok i forced it up to next step and unstuck :)
