@Herrgolani It can be difficult for an ordinary person to grasp the mindset of a fighter. I'll just put it like this: The fighters you see in the cage are professionals. Their livelihood depends on their victory. They understand what needs to be done much more than someone making comments on the sideline.

Not to mention, with all the adrenaline and emotions a fighter experiences during the moment when victory is at hand, they're not always in the right state of mind to hold back.

You can punch where ever you want.. Basic rules are, no biting, low blows, eye poking and you cant knee an opponent whilist he has one knee or hand on the floor (and your on your feet).. Other than that anything pretty much goes
