Diners are seated around a large table and safely secured in their seats before a crane lifts the dining platform up into the air for a stunning panoramic view of The Las Vegas Strip and surrounding desert. Before liftoff, guests can mingle in the Sky Lounge, sip Champagne and nibble on some hors doeuvres. Diners have the option to book a table for a group or join one of the regularly scheduled flights, which are listed on the Web site.
