On top of the stone between the secluded twin beaches of Adão & Eva in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. My favorite place to dive during my teen years... The stunning view of the Guanabara Bay with the Pão de Açúcar (Sugarloaf) peak in its background makes this location the perfect spot to be at sunset.
The second view point is on top of the hill between the beaches of São Francisco (to the right) and Charitas (to the left), where San Francisco Xavier Church is located. This Brazil-colonial Baroque style architecture was founded by jesuit priest José de Anchieta in 1572 and it's one of the Niterói's famous historical patrimonies. Enjoy Juruba beach captured by the zoom lens and the panoramic view of the São Francisco cove! You'll get a glance of the Icaraí skyline... At São Francisco beach the street lights reminding us that's time to go grab something to eat at one of the many sidewalk bar/restaurants along the way.
Here is another video to contemplate the beauty of Rio de Janeiro:

This view of the church was actually taken from below, where the grotto (Nossa Senhora de Lourdes) was!
These the steps upon which we'd sit and view the Mass in the lit grotto! It was very quaint and beautiful! It actually, very closely, resembled a creche!

My goodness! Exactly where I lived for 9 1/2 years, in Sao Francisco, Niteroi!!
This the very church to which I went, religiously, where my dear Padre Tonelli was the priest! I am sorry to know that they did away with the grotto, where we'd have open Mass during good weather!
The breath-taking views from up the hill, right by my house, which I'd climb to see the Baia de Guanabara present itself as the most beautiful silver plate on moonlit nights!
OH! The beaches and the sound of the waves!
