In my opinion, this isn't exactly Luka's daughter being referred to. I personally interpret it, based off the English translation aired on StrawberryPizza's Youtube, as a part of Luka, an 'emotion' so to speak, that has its own 'human' form. Some of the lyrics hint that Toeto is actually a piece of something - "I don't know when she came, but I feel her inside of me" is a part that I believe implies it, along with other lyrics.

I love the video, it certainly fits the song's feel. <3
