So, if I'd been searching the same thing and then someone died, would that mean my brother was at fault because their account was logged into? No. Exactly.

Personally I find it obvious that the grandmother did the killing just from looking at the dynamic of the family. She was obviously the one in control of what went on as a whole.

The evidence on an emotional level leads one to Casey, but on a logical level leads one to Cindy.

You do realize someone can let someone else use their computer or even another account, right?

For example, my mother before she died last August and I (before I got fed up with Zynga about a year ago) used to play Frontierville/Pioneer Trail. My brother didn't but he let me log into his FaceBook account from time to time and use it to play the game there to help us when none of our other friends were available or something required more than they could do...

It's not cool to HATE people you don't know. You can dislike him strongly but hate is a strong word that should be taken lightly..
