you scoop a bit of it, and evenly spread it through your hair with a comb. then put a shower cap on. then wrap ur head with a hot towel so the moisture can rly penetrate through your hair.

my hair sucks..it used to be rich smooth beautiful but when i started bleaching and dying it, it turned frizzy split ends dry and ugly :( any recommendations? i tried that coconut oil now for like 2 days and idk nothing's changed really
It makes my hair super soft, detangled, and the emolliency is jsut ridiculous.
I go HARD for avo oil- my hair does not like cocnut oil as much (it can harden hair if you are out in the sun a lot), but I might try it again, now that iti is getting colder
and thanks to coconut oil, my hair is now 44 1/2"
