Bayh creates group of conservative Democratic Senators

Sen. Evan Bayh announced a group of 15 conservative Democratic Senators that could work to block President Obamas budget priorities. As you know, for most things you have to get the 60 votes in the Senate and thats going to be hard and will take the centrists to get us there. We want to help make the changes we need and thats what our group is all about, Bayh told MSNBCs Joe Scarborough.

Scarborough didnt hide his approval of Bayhs announcement. This is very exciting to me, Scarborough said. This is great.
