Ross Kenseth wins his first feature race

We pick up the action on a restart on lap 9. Ross's red, white and blue, Blain's Farm and Fleet, Ford Fusion number 25, is in third place. We watch the battles in the back of the pack until Ross comes out of turn four and challenges for the second spot. Eventually Ross takes over P1 and never looks back. The race ends with Ross winning his first ever Feature race at a family familar race track, the Dells Raceway park (DRP) in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Ross is the 15 year old son of 2003 Nascar Champion and 2009 Daytona 500 winner Matt Kenseth.

Yep. It's obvious that kid has more power under the hood then most of the other drivers. My uncle used to race super lates at the dells and at mis. How can Ross out run most of the field like he does esspecially at mis which is considered a horse power track which pretty much spells it out that he has about 100hp more then everyone else. I raced a go kart race at Sugar River Raceway with him and I can tell you honestly that he blocks SO bad and he is a dirty driver.

Ross Kenseth is the man!! Saw him play basketball for st. bede against fieldcrest high school here in Minonk, IL. He is a great guy and an awesome talent.  GO ROSS!

That was awesome! I would love to see them both race at Wisconsin International Raceway(WIR)...i live rly close to that race track and saw Matt there a couple years ago but it would be soo cool to see father and son race together!!

I think this is so awesome! I know Matt's proud of his son, as am I! GREAT VIDEO!! I hope Ross is racing while I am in Wisconsin in July for Matt's fan club party. It would also be cool to see Matt race against Ross in a late model or something! KENSETH FAN FOREVER !!
