I really miss the German public transportation system. I didn't need a car the whole time I was there. Well, correction, I did rent a car for a trip to Nuremberg for the Christkindlesmarkt once.

@TheCrankyAtheist Yes, depending on where exactly in Germany you live it's really nice. I mean - I don't get around that much anyways, but when then I find myself rarely in need of a taxi. Bonn especially is cool - it's actually a relatively small town, but since we once were Germany's capital city we have a great bus and streetcar service. :) Where were you in Germany, if I might ask?
