  • weight loss like that is not constant...get a scale like i have which is by Bowflex which measures if ur gaining muscle ( a type of weight gain) or if ur gaining water weight or fat ...

  • I have a scale like that. Shows muscle and fat %.

  • great job! What version are you doing?

  • I started doing classic but moving to doubles.

  • im still confused, are you on a calorie deficit?

I dont take breaks from hiit cardio, plus, my workouts cant be that hard, I dont have equipment, except on leg workout, i lift the heaviest things in my room. and lunge

  • With this workout I have stopped focusing on calories.

The diet says to focus on 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat.

The P90X requires just a band and a yoga matt.

  • Great job!

  • Great job on the workouts!! I don't think for any BB programs there is an actual recovery week where you take a break LOL!! I'm doing Insanity and just finished my recovery week and I feel I worked just as hard as I did doing the intense workouts in the program!! Congrats on the weight loss and hope you had just a great success in phase 2!!

  • Gary! Wow. Look at you!!!

What I want to know is where you are finding all your determination and discipline.

Keep it up, you are an inspiration to me. I was going to skip yoga today, but not now! :)

  • Good job bro, I think anything works so long as you stick to it. I have followed the principles of the Body for Life program for one year and 8 months. I started at 239 and I'm now at 198. My goal is to get down to 189 so that I can say I have losted 50 lbs. I would encourage you to begin to think of what you are doing as "not" being a "diet" but a way of life. That's key, anyone and I mean ANYONE can lose weight but few can keep it off. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!:)

  • Cool beans!

  • Your doing great dude, and your enthusiasm is catching I hope, cause I need to diet down!
