Remember the scene where raito promises to go out with her, but at the same time tells her that he has to go out with various other girls as well to protect his cover? Misa states that She wants him for herself (which is perfectly fine) and she will KILL off any competition with her deathnote (which gave me a fucking shiver when i read that ). HOLY SHIT, if there is someone else (which Raito is just abusing, in a similar fashion to abusing you) you just kill??

@yalinegurl1 With the primary problem exposed, lets go on to the secondary points. I am pretty sure, that some people (and especially the Japanese) love that quirky, over the top crazyness of hers, but i am most certainly not one of them. And all the babytalking is freaking me the FUCK out. I want a girlfriend, not an infant. I dont find it cute, if a girl tries to stupify herself, (Or anyone for that matter).

@yalinegurl1 BUT, Instead of trying to get him back to the right track, she decides to killl more people just to please him? Seriously wtf. If I see a lover (or even just a friend, an associate or whatever) fall from grace, I would try to get some sense into him, instead of pushing him further down the maelstrom of madness. This leads us back to the discussion whether Kira is right or not, and if he is, whether he is HONEST or not with his claims of justice - and thats a double no, from me.

@yalinegurl1 Well, its not her personality per se. But something is definitely wrong. Now If I love a person, this includes rather the personality than just his looks. For me, this means the object of my affection, HAS to uphold some moral standard, and live SOME kind of honorable, respectable life. But Misa.. falling for a mass murderer is one thing that i can somehow understand.

I'm not going to get all Pro-Kira defensive, I hate Kira, but seriously, how can you hate Misa so much?

I mean, her parents were killed in front of her when she was a little girl and she was madly in love with someone who wanted to get the fuck away from her. And she ended up killing herself for the guy.

I dunno how you can hate characters like that...
