Bad Parking: High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells, motorists been told to THINK

Motorists need to park properly, not park on pavements and they need to keep out for pedestrians when parking. As they;ve been unable to drive without thrinking, there is a massive sign to 'remind them'. They also keep leaving valuables in full view and can easy 'door a cyclist' by not bothering to look out for them.

You kind of wonder how on earth they past their tests.
