Yeah, I'm sure the crims are watching this, they are watching porn. These techniques give a law abiding person an edge in a gunfight with a crim.

What about getting down on your heel when shooting a rifle / shotgun, wouldn't it's weight balance your bodyweight and the lower center of gravity both give you better stability?
Also, the left elbow on your knee would allow you to maintain your stance for longer time periods by not tireing yourself out.
