I know it's a promotional car, but the LEAST they could have done is put actual rotating lights in the emergency lights instead of strobes... that would have make it more authentic

Come on bidders! Let's run some redlights!

4:30 ..sounds like 'bird is the world' sung by Peter GRIFFIN, i hope in the agreement that they have to return the car for the filming of GHOSTBUSTERS 3.

Man, the Batmobile, the Monkeemobile, the Ectomobile, who knows what car will come up next at one of these auctions?
Maybe the Back to the Future DeLorean? Christine? The Dukes of Hazard car? KITT?

@ilikethecoke Several non BTTF Deloreans have been featured at BJ. The Dukes of Hazzard Dodge Charger has been on BJ when John Schnider deciedes to sell one.

@homiex04 I'm not sure. As much as the new owner paid for it, it should have! It was autographed by the cast. Too bad only a small amount of these exist. Makes it harder for ethusiasts like me to buy one!

How did you know that this particular car didn't star in the movie? Great video anyway. This gets my attention more than the endless line of Mustangs,Camaros, and Corvettes.

There are a few minor differences between this and the car shown on screen. The back windows are slightly different and the instrument cluster has been changed out. The actual on screen used Ecto-1 is featured in the new Blu-Ray release of Ghostbusters with Dan Akroyd driving it briefly. This one here was a made from a Superior Coach. The movie car was MM Coach. Still a great car though. Makes wish I had 100k!
