The Rolling Stones are an English rock band. The band formed in 1962 in London when original leader Brian Jones and pianist Ian Stewart were joined by vocalist Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards. Jagger and Richards early on formed a songwriting partnership and gradually took over leadership of the band from the increasingly troubled and erratic Jones. Bassist Bill Wyman and drummer Charlie Watts completed the early lineup. Stewart, deemed unsuitable as a teen idol, was removed from the official lineup in 1963 but continued to work with the band as road manager and keyboardist until his death in 1985.

The band's early recordings were mainly covers of American blues and R&B songs. After first achieving success in the UK, they became popular in the US during the "British Invasion" of the early 1960s. Their 1965 single "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" established The Rolling Stones as a premier rock and roll act. Starting with their 1966 album Aftermath, the songs of Jagger and Richards, aided by the instrumental experimentation of Jones, expanded an always-present stylistic flexibility.

@CHUCKLOVES1969 give me a break - it's our record label that released the single, i posted it on youtube for two years without including the plugs for the label, the sound isn't interrupted or affected by them, we don't sell downloads or videos - only vinyl - and we sold the last copies long ago. it's hardly the hard-sell.

@FruitsdeMer2 take it off and watch the video...if it doesn't look 100% better to you... then u and i just dont have the same sense of how to show something without distraction. you could have the ad at the very beginning for a few seconds,,,and at the end. that way you're not begging with your hand out all the time and bothering your original. i'm telling ya, you have done a great job doing this cover,,,read my bio...i know a nice job when i hear it. just get rid of the ad... thx.

@CHUCKLOVES1969 fair points Chuck, but it's the record we've released, not a video - the video is just there for a bit of fun, sorry if we've spoilt it for you. As the vinyl single sold out long ago, we're doing our best to direct people to a newer release by the band. All TV is better without ads to interrupt it - but someone, somewhere has to cover their costs (wish we were covering ours!) - all the best.

@FruitsdeMer2 i have to disagree with chuckloves1969. only because i sit with my eyes closed listening to this. get lost in the music feel the lyrics. the video is just the whipped cream on top. i enjoy the cover. didn't enjoy the silly picking at things like an ad.
