This video is misleading. Although it does show you "how" to remove the floor, it is more appropriate to call this an advertisement for a service. Most DIY'ers don't need commercial equipment that costs probably more than $50,000 to remove a floor from possibly a 12'x12' room in their house. This is targeted for businesses.

SASE makes the machine with the controls on the side, the front blade on a swivel and way faster than the terminator. Although anything is better than the old days with spud bars.

Awesome, I've run one of these. Don't ya wish they'd move the controls so the operator isn't stooped over the front the entire time? We had another make of floor-removal machine, a smaller one, that had its controls on either side of the operator... much less punishing on the back and neck.
