Hi, I've recently recovered from a crash that shattered my upper leg (femur) into a few pieces. After a year, I picked up another bike and started riding again. My advice, for those who may have started with 500cc's or more, is to switch to a smaller bike. I went from a liter to a 250. Pretty drastic change but my confidence level shot up once I found how easily I could maneuver such a light bike.

after i crashed, i didn`t tense up, i guess that was because 1st time i fell, well in short it was not my own fault :D and 2nd time i fell on the track where it was my fault and i understood my mistake, so if you are scared of falling then go for 4 wheels :)
