  • @dekdk11 "Rebels and traitors"? Our country was founded by rebels and "traitors", idiot. The founding fathers were all for rebellion, in the event that the government became too corrupt and powerful. Which is exactly what was going on at the time of the Civil War. That's also a huge reason why they included the right to bear arms in the constitution. But hey, that right is rapidly being taken away from us nowadays anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter -_-.

  • Rise up, the North, we'll rally all around.

Don't make us once again burn Atlanta to the ground.

  • @lumbanraja2 My state never succeeded in seceding. It got invaded and placed under martial law when the state government was still holding meetings about secession.

Don't get me wrong though, i'm proud to be American. I love the striped banner my ancestors fought for. But the Civil War changed this country, in some ways good and other ways bad. Slavery had to be abolished, but many people would like to see a return to states before federal government, like our founding fathers made it.
