It would years upon years to play like Erik Mongrain, and quite frankly, I think it's good that you could get a melody going. All these flamers don't know what they're talking about.

nice work,
a little tip to get your harmonics to sound better:
if your lookin down at the guitar, slant the body a little farthe away from you so youre coming down with your index finger a little more of an angle.
I've been trying to perfect the freakin harmonics for months also. maybe this'll help.

You don't need a percussionist,
you need a sense clear sense of rhythm.
Or to use a different word, you need a clear sense of the pulse.
Basically you need to count.
And give it some more passion too.
Otherwise good though :) keep up the hard work.
