Be sure to tell people that the more colors that you use the more it will cost. Most people don't do a one color anymore. Screen Printed trasfers is the way to go if you can get them cheap enough.
@samsweezy it sure is cheaper for short run production, this is why screen printers have minimums. After giving seminars for the last 5 years around the country, most screen printers charge $15-25 for a screen.
I dont know the name but I know its pricey, a local screen printin shop by my house uses the exact same machinery and he says it cost alot, I'll try to get the name of it for you as well

A screen costs $25?? BS... And you make it sound like you cannot reuse that screen. Your product isn't cheaper or easier than screen printing!
