A belly dancing belly roll is done by pulling in and releasing the upper and lower abs, respectively. Do belly rolls in belly dancing with instructions from a dance director in this free video on belly dancing lessons.

  • noooo lol i have a tummy too but i cant seem to coordinate my abs enough for this either lol, supposidly i did it once when i was laying down and my husband freaked out and said "that was awesome do it again!" lol. ok heres an easy tip for your upper abs, keep a neutral spine and drop your chest muscles pushing your belly out. (kind of like when your going a #2 lol its gross but it helps)the muscles are right below your chest like youre doing a sit up. hope this helped :D keep practicing!
