Henry Waxman will NEVER tell us 'how congress really works'... such an admission would cause him to be burned in effigy along with 434 others.
It's all spin and propaganda, and he even admits it when he admits this bill isn't their ultimate goal, just a step... fool the people, so you can do what they DO NOT WANT.. that is how 'congress really works'.
