BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
-Derek and Temperance are Married.
-Ryan/Seth/Brooke are Siblings
-Addison is Derek's Sister.
-Ryan was gone for 2 years, 31/2 Years Ago.
-While Ryan was gone he met a girl named Serena, they fell in Love
-Kirsten is Serena's mom.
-Kirsten cared/cares a lot about Ryan thats why she's at the hospital, helping.

Scene 1: (After Previously)//Present
A nurse talks to Temperance saying once Ryan finishes whatever he needs to finish he'll wake up.

Scene 2: 3 1/2 Years Ago
Serena and Ryan meet. You see scenes of them dating and having fun. Then they say they love each other.

Scene 3: Present
Brooke asks "Why" and hugs Lucas while Crying. Temperance and Derek hug each other tightly. Summer and Seth talk they are both very sad. Addison is crying in the bathroom, she has always been close to Ryan.
Can a tragedy really bring them back together.

Scene 4: 3 1/2 Years Ago
Serena is kissing a unknown boy and Ryan sees, because of what Serena did Ryan is kissing a random person and Serena sees because she was going to over to apologize. Serena and Kirsten talk Kirsten is sick of Serena acting like a child "You spend so much time having fun, your whole life is dedicated to having fun...Are you even having any". You see Serena running just thinking.

Scene 5: Present
Kirsten tells Temperance what she thinks Ryan "needs to finish". Serena sent Ryan a letter the day HE was leaving but it got lost in the mail.(You will learn more about the letter(s) next Episode)

Scene 6: 3 1/2 Years Ago
After everything that happened Serena goes to Ryan's place to tell him She's sorry and loves him. Ryan closes his blinds and walks away. Later you see Serena and Ryan fighting. She knows he left home for some reason and that people have hurt him but he did the same to her. Serena wants the truth. Ryan tells her he loves Her. Serena doesn't know what to do with that information. You than hear an echo "She loved him but she had to say goodbye". Serena after thinking she tells Ryan he's an incredible person but she wants him to go home. Later some other day Ryan again try's to get Serena back "I love you and I don't want to lose you" Some other day you see Serena looking at a Pregnancy test she has a weird look on her face.

Kirsten puts Serena's letter on the table next to Ryan's hospital bed.
