For that matter, why wont Holder put the men captured for the USS Cole bombing on public trial too? Why are THEY subject to Military Tribunal? Why the double standard?

No I agree they won't be released. I think AfricanMadman said "if they are set free" first, I was just replying to that.

And I dont think there should be ANY number of people you can kill or buildings you can destroy that should cause us to behave like barbarians - yes, other cultures are barbaric too, but we should be above that, no matter how many of us are killed.
