Anthoney Conyers - Commissioner of the Virginia Dept. of Social Services, Thanks for NOT doing your JOB! It's typical to see your agency doing damage control now on youtube. The one main thing I took from it is that you feel that no matter what damage your agencies have done in the past - it's ok- because they were just doing what they were told to do. Once your agency -or an arm of your agency- takes a child ...you told me in a letter , which I will post shortly, that it's out of your hands and now in the hands of your "partner" the juvenile justice system. You basically admitted in your video and letter to me that although you are citing a need for change within DSS you are holding no one accountable and taking a "hands off" approach when dealing with the families. You didn't address the fact that there should be investigations of corrupt workers - and there are many- in places like Giles County Virginia. The story at the end was moving too - you confirmed my opinion of social workers - they all feel as if they are all powerful "redeemers" and basically think they are "God". That's our final word to you.

Kaine and State Commissioner of DSS choose to do nothing about our case.
On 10-9-08 we went before the Judge and heard testimony from the prosecutors witnesses. One psycholgist that was seeing my oldest two sons isn't even licensed in Virginia. He and his associate committed purgury on the stand-this will come out later. He has since stopped "treating" at least one of my sons. We were there for 6 hours and the case was continued until Nov. 13th. The Judge was going to give our children back but Oma McReynolds protested it.

I will be posting my sons letters with details of abuse occurring in the foster home . It seems you all give the same lip service when it comes to what you do for children but it seems to be a marketing campaign.

Franklin County, Virginia Sheriffs Office-instead of inspecting the home they told the foster parents they were coming and gave her 6 hrs. to prepare. They then went back the next day to threaten my children to be quiet.

July 8th - Last week our Lawyer sent a letter addressing the court ordered visitations to the DSS Lawyer and still we have no visits. I also paid a visit to Congressman Rick Bouchers Office and called Legislator Anne Crockett Stark to set up appointments today.

More added daily. 12-11-08 Physical custody of our chidren was returned to my wife. DSS still has legal custody. Even though I was found not guilty DSS still has a no contact order on me in regards to my children. It was solely based on the allegations. Our next court date is in Jan.so we have to wait until then to get the no contact order dimissed. We're still a broken family. The holidays won't be the same. Please rate and comment.

I am now Home...DSS dropped their cases. Full legal Custody. Now watch the fireworks start to happen. They are going to pay fully- monetarily that is. Thanks to Brian Scheid -Attorney in Narrows,VA. and Pat McGraw - McGraw Law P.C. in Roanoke,VA. for helping get our kids back.

We did get our children back and are waiting for the lawsuit to be filed. We're still trying to rebuild our lives but because of what CPS has done we will never be the same.

Then we find out they didn't even have a warrant to arrest me . 3 months later, when they heard we were going to bring it up in court, suddendly an arrest warrant magically appeared but you can tell it was done after the fact.

I have heard utterings of instating the militias to deal with CPS!!!!! NO JOKE!

Time after time CPS fails children and families. The system is RANK WITH PEDOPHILES! Stories blaze this nations newspapers about children who die because CPS put the child in foster care or left them with truly abusive parents or a social worker is molesting the child.

In our case it is the Court System is corrupt--My son is Sarg. Franklin Jeffries and his daughter has a step father that is a Lawyer in the Knoxville Court System. We have been fighting for 13 years--my Granddaughter is 14 now. Mother worked in Court System too!! I have paid over 100,000.00 to their having a pro bono Lawyer--which is the good ole buddie system. My son vented at home on a video and the Lawyer somehow got hold of it and took it to his good ole drinking partner Judge .

i have had my two kids taken away and im going through a court case now, i really feel for you and what the ss do is indispicable i hate them so much. everyone on this sight your in my thaughts
