Aw... it's been quite a while since I've seen these scenes. You can see how happy Luke was to have Lucky back! ! I think that despite Luke's actions, we can see he was right all along where Lucky's concerned, and just how special their relationship was. Thanks for posting!

i dont get why this new lucky spencer is in general hospital. is like general hospital re-modernized like the beveverly 90210 was with the current 90210 tv show?

That's Skye Quartermaine. She used to date Luke, but has been gone for a few years now. I believe she is coming back soon though.

I just love how genuinely happy Luke looks in the beginning. You can really tell how much he loves Lucky :)
