@Pinkalicious112 Hi! Good advice. Actually, I, in the main, apply lotions with an SPF which are free of perfume and parabenes. My skin has looked increasingly better ever since I stopped using creams with fragrance and/or perfume.

@seekerDeLaSouth Hello, As I have already seen numerous people who suffered from some form of skin cancer or allergies caused by the rays of the Sun, I personally recommend you to use a lotion or cream with a Sun Protection Factor of at least 20 on your face and neck every day summer + spring.. You could use it above your day cream or use it instead of your day cream depending on your skin type. Remember to put sun screen on your arms, if you wear short sleeves. Happy Christmas!

And if you're not necessarily swimming you should shower and wash off the sun block at the end of the day. Don't want to get cancer from the block itself. ;)
