nice.
But how do you go about taking it completely off of the excess wood?
Do you cut it out at full depth? Wouldn't the work move a little as its being cut since its not being held down (the guitar part that is)?

@poopdood321JP I leave some tabs to hold the body. The wood is oriented via some 6mm pins in steel in a tight fit . This way I can turn it round as I wish, an keep it oriented.

do you use rhinocam.. what task did you use??? how you make it to get rounded ???

@777r7 Yes, i use RhinoCam 2.0 standard. Mostly i use pocketing and profiling. For rounded i use parallel finishing.

@J66G please check your inbox messages, i wrote to you, so you say you use rhinocam 2.0 standard, that means you are using pocketing and not 3d pocketing?? is that correct???
777r7 1 year ago
@777r7 Rhinocam 2 std have 3D roughing, 3D horisontal finising and 3D parallel finishing.
For contour i use 2½D profiling and 2½D pocketing. For arm cut and backside cut i use first 3D roughing, and then 3D parallel finishing.
