I was tryin to get home from work and the only reason this happens and happens on the weekends too sometimes is cause all the wigger guidos idiots from staten island get all excited when thy go to manhattan andthink its time to show all the other boroughs that they are "hardass" "tough" when all they show is that there a bunch of lookin vin diesel or that idiot from that "jersey" show . haha i saw your shoe! we were walking on the ramp getting on the boat and i was like oh look someone's shoe! i think everyone who was there should write the mayor... someone should really be held responsible for what happened there. poor, poor planning.
