Taiwan (12) aupuncture session

Part 12 of my trip to Taiwan...
getting acupuncture for the first time to my problem knee.. lets see if it works ^_^

It was silly.. just to record and experience it once.. you're right, it was just a placebo affect (my imagination)

I don't notice any difference.. my knee always gives me problems.. but I only had one session for fun.. I think you need to go on a regular basis. After the session.. it felt pretty good though.. It might have been my imagination :)

local needles only.. Fail, any herbs or rehab methods? Stretching? Instruction on muscle release?

Try shen tong zhu yu with a higher dose of chuan niu xi, then take a rolling pin to the inside of your thigh. Move dead tissue out via capillary network. Knee has poor vasculature. I'll try to get a vid up.

If you believe that it is working, then I am sure that it will. My friend is getting it at the moment and she says she feels awesome and that her headache is going away. I have a thing with my knee that the docs pass off. Pops, cracks, comes out of place... locks up (NOTHING WRONG EH?) I just might try a few sessions to see if there is a change... could be, might be... probably will be burning my money...

it looks like he just put the needles wherevre the knee fell pain. What wrong with your the guy's knee, anyway? Why does not the modern therapy work?

compliance is a part of any medical treatment i.e. P.T. for western methods-so one time just for fun well that was kind of silly, and if your good feeling was in fact a placebo effect can you will yourself to feel the same way after any other of your medical interventions.
