@cameroncampion We all make stupid mistakes, the only solution is to laugh it off and learn from them. Although texting and moving at any time goes against everything you learned when you were two years old, which was watch where your going.

I don't think she's got a case. Her personal identity was never released nor made public by any mall employee. Plus it's not clear who fell. Anyone can come forward and say it was them who fell, and try to sue.

She's the one who created a slip hazard by walking away from the scene, causing a drip-trail of puddled water. Someone could have slipped from her mess.
