1. (you can stand and crouch or do what im doin) bend/crouch and take long deep breaths for thirty seconds 2. take one last long deep breath and hold it 3. immediately stand/sit strait up as fast as you can 4. immediately place the heel of your palm on your neck in the area right in front of where your jaw ends 5. squeeze as if youre trying to touch your fingers to your palm WITHOUT LETTING THE BREATH OUT....youre only out for about three seconds so nothing to be scared of
