The oral sex jokes on CNN and particularly MSNBC on teabagging they had them by the dozens. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said the White House was "amused" by the tea parties, but that "nobody out there is making $250,000 a year" as if that were somehow relevant.
President Obama said that he was "completely unaware" of the tea party protests. How can it be that the president could be "unaware" of a grass-roots protest movement of this size and scope? Doesn't he have a TV?

I wish people like 12FlyMe and Taxfools would stop spreading false information about the FairTax (I'm sure it's their job to spread false info).
If anyone really want to learn about the FairTax please look online or read the book. Educate yourself on the subject and please don't believe the false information that others are spreading on the internet.

We need a new tax code, from bottom up.
But that's not Fairtax. Fairtax is a literal farce.
Why did Fairtax pretend to get most of its revenue FROM the government?
Read page 148, the Fairtax Book "The federal government will become a MAJOR taxpayer"
Not just federal -- the plan is based on taxing state and local government too.
Take the farce away that FT can collect a sales tax FROM the government - and your rate would be 60% or more.
Fairtax is fooling stupid people.

Yes our tax system is screwed up -- we need a new one.
But Fairtax is slick piece of nonsense.
Fairtax pretends to get huge tax revenue FROM the government by TAXING the government!
Just make all state, local and overnments PAY 23% sales tax.
Its pure nonsense.
Take away the impossibility of the government paying the government to create income -- the actual National sales tax rate would be 60% or more.
Fairtax is fooling stupid people.
