Go back, 15 long years, all the way to pre k 3
Dressin up in costumes and told to be free
Nap time was my favorite, nobody was messin
If I could go back I would do it in a second

Ya kindergarten's where it started Ilya and I joined
now we were 3 boys controlin all the noise
we played with our blocks and enjoyed everyday
getting ready for Morah Greenblatt and our siddur play

Ya'll know throughout grade school we really made a name
We became the craziest class especially in sixth grade
Got into a little trouble yes myself included
Thanks to Mrs. Gersten my life's not in ruins

It was in 8th grade when we met the late Mrs. Schmitt
If we fooled around, she'd scream and throw a fit
The amazing Mrs. George, teachin us some science
And super woman Mrs. Tsuna, helpin kids of different kinds

Ok now it's junior year got Dr. Kennon and Mr. Vaughn
Masterin mathematics and gettin my history on
Can't forget Mrs. Johnson or Mrs. Kutliroff
Cuz they the two greatest ladies who done ever taught

Senior year started real crazy, ya like kaboom
Me and Luky still homeboys, stumbling out tha canoe
Tore my acl, which was no fun at all
Captain of the varsity macs, ya ya'll know I can ball

We gots to thank our rabbis y'all know who they be
Rabbi Perl, Rabbi Stein, and Rabbi Lubetski
But we can't forget to thank the most important of all
Look it's rabbi gersten over there standing 6 feet tall

I love this school, yes the building as well
Even though it's where cockroaches love to dwell
This place is my home in Memphis Tennessee
A spot in my heart is where it'll always be

Our school loves to accept, kids from out of town
They feel like they home cuz we gots the best hospitality around
Can't complain about the dress code the dress code, simply polo and slacks
Gots to wear a yamaka, if we don't we get smacked

You're the love of my life mom and yes your right as usual
You know me too well and you sure ain't no fool
Always open up my mouth to get the last word
Said I didn't do nothing but got what I deserved

Dad I love you so much, thank you for all the hard work
Taught to be a ben torah, and not to be a jerk
A perfect role model, is exactly what you are
Guiding me as best you can, clearly getting very far

Throughout my life I've been known to be quite cocky
I'm takin a little breather to thank my family
First my Nana who taught me how to munch
