ich bin sehr interessiert und würde gerne einen solchen Bogen erwerben. Es ist jedoch unmöglich eine Adresse zu finden, wo es diese gibt. Können sie mir weiterhelfen? Danke!

The cello tunes in fifths, starting on a low C: C-G-D-A. I'm not sure what gives you the impression that he's using anything but standard tuning, but it's incorrect. You can easily verify this by examining his hand position on the final chord.

oddly enough, a standard guitar tuning forms some kind of A eleven chord which _may_ be useful in certain jazz situations. I read this in a thick chord book lol

would love to try a bow like this on my violin

An open tuning consists of the strings being tuned so that they form a chord of some type. For example, a standard guitar tuning(eadgbe) is not a chord of any type, theoretically speaking. A tuning of dgdgbd forms a g maj chord utilizing all strings. Quite an enjoyable configuration for strings on many string instruments is an open tuning because it allows you to easily form chords not easily achieved in a standard tuning. Try it out, and you will begin to learn what I mean.

stunning, every cellist should get one of these bows and learn to play like Michael - or as well as they can!
