No Max at all.
The video was recorded using Camtasia.
It shows a workflow done in Fusion.

wow in that case this is actually a good program like after effects....but ey start uploading tutorials for dumb people like me :P haha i would like to learn step by step how to use that program..other question...do you downloadit free? hope you can answer this...thanks for your time
